Mass Gainer Protein is high in Branched Chain Amino Acids (Isoleucine, Leucine and Valine) needed to maintain muscle mass and to replace those lost during intense exercise.

How do I use it?
Add 75g (approx 6 level scoops) to 400mL water (or whole milk) and shake or blend until mixed. Can be used up to three times daily. For a meal, take 2 x 75g serves in whole milk. Product will settle over time. Shake container before use.
