Not Getting our Emails?

All order confirmation / order update emails are sent automatically. Some common reasons for not getting our emails include, 

Wrong / Old email address
Log in and check we have the correct email address for you.

Invalid email address
Log in and check the email address we have for you does not contain any typos. For example, @yahoo.com vs @yahoo.co.nz,  @gmail.com vs @gmail.co.nz,  or simply a dot, number, or letter in the wrong place.

Spam or Inbox is full
Check your personal email account and make sure our emails are not being automatically moved to your spam folder. Also check that your email account has not reached its maximum size.
