A Healthy Balance

To help achieve this balance, food and health authorities now recommend the consumption of at least five portions (1 Portion = 80g) of fruit and vegetables a day as a source of important natural antioxidants.

What ORAC Means to You
Coloured fruits and vegetables are a rich source of antioxidant compounds. As a way of calculating our daily requirement for these special antioxidants, an international standard measure called ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) has been developed which shows the free radical scavenging capacity of the antioxidant substance or food under study.
Currently, many health authorities recommend an intake of 3000 - 5000 ORAC units a day to help provide protection from the harmful effects of free radicals
Directions for Use

Load Up Recipe Suggestions:
· 1 scoop of Fruitful Greens powder, 1 teaspoon of LSA oil (linseed, sesame, almond), half a pot of strawberry yoghurt. Mix to make a thick smoothie or a dessert treat
· 1 scoop of Berry Brights powder, 1 x banana, ice, 100-150ml milk. Blend in blender for an ice cold smoothie
· Mix 1 scoop of Berry Brights or Fruitful Greens powder with soda water to make a refreshing drink
· Blend 3 frozen bananas with 2 scoops of Berry Brights powder to make a yummy, healthy ice -cream
