How do I know if an item is in stock?
On the product listing pages, look for the Green or Yellow tick to see if an item is in stock. The stock indicators tell you whether items are in-stock, low-stock (10 items or less) or on Backorder.
Backorder items can be delivered in 3-4 working days. Stocked items will be shipped Same day or Next day to the North Island, and two days shipping to the South Island. At all times we will email to update you in the progress of your order.

Are my credit card details secure?
Credit card payments are accepted through Westpac and DPS (Payment Express). See the DPS Privacy policy
As you complete your checkout you will be transfered to a secure site to enter your Credit card details. Once complete, you will be transfered back to the Sportsfuel website.
Sportsfuel does not hold your credit card details on file.
How do I know I am getting a great deal?
All products are listed at their RRP(Recommended Retail Prices). Sportsfuel prices will be discounted anywhere from 5% to 25% or more.
If you find the same item selling for less somewhere else, send us an email and we will do our best to match it, or beat it!

We aim to pass any savings directly to the customer and will have specials on a monthly basis.
Some of you products are a lot cheaper than other stores, why is this?
We are very careful of where we source our products and we only buy from reputable sources, in most cases we purchase our products from the Official New Zealand distributor of each brand.
We keep our prices low by, buying in large amounts, negotiating a special price, or by taking advantage of supplier specials.

Can I set up a different delivery addresses?
Yes you can. After creating an account you can add up to five additional delivery addresses, just select the appropriate address when confirming your order.
I want 'X' product but I can't see it on your website.

What should I do if something goes wrong?

How do I search for products?
Locate the search box in the left hand side of the home page. Type in your product name, manufacturer, brand, product type etc into the search box and press enter.
The search results will be displayed in the main window. There is also an advanced search options.
How do I find products by brand?
Use the drop down brands box located on the left hand side of the homepage.
I don't know which product is right for me?
Read the product information provided, then if required use the link to go to the manufacturer/brand website to get detailed information. Read any reviews provided on the product, go to any links provided on the product page.

What if there is something wrong with my order or product?
If there is ANYTHING you are unhappy about, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to put it right.

Do you send out expired products?
We never send out expired products. If you are unhappy with the expiry dates on the product you recieve please email us as soon as possible.

If you require especially long expiry dates please let us know at time of order. Some products tend to have longer or shorter use by dates and we can make recommendations based on this.
How do I return a product?
In all cases email us immediately. If necessary we will arrange the pickup of your item by courier. Depending on the reason for return we will either replace the product or refund your payment by direct debit to your bank account.
If your goods are damaged in transit please contact the courier company immediately, or contact us and we will contact the courier directly.
