I have used this product a number of times and have seen great results. This product taste great and is easy to drink. I was using this product throughout my weight training and noticed good gains in muscle mass and fast recovery. This product has heaps of quality protein, amino acids and a reasonable amount of carbs. This product stacks up there with the best and is considerably cheaper.

I have only used one bag of this but I would reccomend it. Great tast (not too sweet/strong). Helped me maintain mass while trainning hard for rugby, but also satyed lean due to the low carb nature of this product.
