Updated South Island Delivery Times

The delivery time frame for orders to the South Island is now 3-4 days due to ferry services changing routes and travelling at certain times following the November earthquake. Deliveries to Wellington have resumed as normal however some business areas are closed off due to building inspections which may cause delays.

All orders are sent free with Courierpost or PBT Couriers.

Each Courier picks up from our warehouse 4 times per day, for a total of 8 pickups every week day.

ALL ORDERS ARE PACKED SAME DAY

All orders received before 4.00pm on working days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the same day.

This means your order will leave our warehouse on the same day you complete the payment.

Orders packed during the weekend will be collected the next working day by our couriers.

COURIER DELIVERY TIME: 1-3 DAYS

Courier delivery times will vary based on your location.

In general orders received before 10.00am weekdays can be delivered SAME DAY within Auckland and Hamilton, with 1-2 day delivery throughout the rest of the North Island.

3-4 day shipping to the South Island.

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries.

We can not deliver to a PO Box address, please provide a physical delivery address instead.

Please keep in mind, these delivery times are promised by the courier companies that we use, but sometimes there can be delays in your parcel reaching you. Remember to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive to you after a Public Holiday or if you are in a rural location.

NON SIGNATURE DELIVERIES

To ensure super fast delivery we use a non-signature required service for all deliveries. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package. If the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange re-delivery. For re-delivery please use the details on the 'Card to Call'.

If for any reason you do not want your parcel left you must note this in the delivery notes when you order.

Couriers are instructed to leave the package if there is a safe location to do so. You can also give Authority To Leave (ATL) the package at your property, i.e. front door, back door, letter box. However be aware that if the package goes missing or is damaged, the courier driver is not responsible, and we will be unable to claim on your behalf.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrectly/incomplete addresses, please carefully check your delivery details before finalising your order

Courier Damage: Due to of the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of courier companies to deliver your purchase to your door you must always inspect your package prior to opening.If the product is damaged, contact Sportsfuel immediately. This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly.

TRACK AND TRACE YOUR ORDER

The track and trace link is included in your shipping email. Simply click the link and you will be taken to the live tracking details.

Please remember, after an item has been shipped, it can take 2-4 hours for the first scan to show up on the courier website.

If your order has not been delivered, use the tracking details in your email to check the location.
