How much is shipping?
All orders are sent FREE throughout New Zealand.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders received before 10.00am weekdays can be delivered SAME day within Auckland and Hamilton. NEXT day shipping throughout the North island, and 2 day shipping to the South island.
All orders are sent by Courier, signature required. Please Note: Rural deliveries may take longer depending on your location.
Can I track and trace an order?
We will email the tracking code as soon as your parcel is sent.
Can the courier driver leave the package at my house, if I am not home?
Yes, you can give Authority to Leave the parcel at your property, i.e. front door, back door, letter box. However be aware that if the package goes missing or is damaged, the courier driver is not responsible, and we will be unable to claim on your behalf.
IMPORTANT - Courier Damage
Because of the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of courier companies to deliver your purchase to your door you must always inspect your package prior to signing.
If the product is damaged, refuse delivery and contact Sportsfuel immediately.
Even if the product looks fine or if you don't have time to inspect the product always write, "subject to inspection" or "STI" on the form the courier asks you to sign. This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly.
Military shipping - Forces Concession
Free shipping applies, please ensure your shipping details are correct, if a package is returned by NZ Post, freight charges will be added. A restocking fee of $15 or 15% will be applied to returned Forces Concession orders. When packages are sent with NZ Post, we cannot provide tracking or guarantee refunds for lost/damaged packages.
