How much is shipping?


All orders are sent FREE throughout New Zealand.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are sent by Courier, signature is required (please see notes below)

NEXT day shipping throughout the North island, and 1-2 day shipping to the South island.

Orders received before 9.00am can be delivered SAME day within Auckland and Hamilton.

Your tracking details will be emailed to your as soon as your order has been shipped.

Rural deliveries may take longer depending on your location.
Backordered items can take approx. 2 extra working days. You will be notified by email if your order has been backordered.


Can I track and trace an order?

We will email the tracking code when your parcel is sent.

Can the courier driver leave the package at my house, if I am not home?

Yes, you can give Authority to Leave the parcel at your property, i.e. front door, back door, letter box. However be aware that if the package goes missing or is damaged, the courier driver is not responsible, and we will be unable to claim on your behalf.

IMPORTANT - Courier Damage

Because of the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of courier companies to deliver your purchase to your door you must always inspect your package prior to signing for it:

If the product is damaged refuse delivery and contact Sportsfuel immediately.

Even if the product looks fine or if you don't have time to inspect the product always write, "subject to inspection" or "STI" on the form the courier asks you to sign.

This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly should you discover the package to be damaged once you have opened it.

If this is the case please contact Sportsfuel as soon as you are aware of the damage.

Military shipping - Forces Concession
Normal shipping rates are charged (free shipping in most cases) please ensure your shipping details are correct, when packages are returned by NZ Post, freight charges will be added.

Please provide a NZ based address that we can use as the senders address on your package. Be aware, that NZ Post will return your product to this address if it is incorrectly labeled, i.e. the Forces Concession address must be correct.

When packages are sent with NZ Post, we cannot provide tracking or guarantee refunds for lost/damaged packages. A $15 or 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned products.
