Directions 

As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast. Take an additional 1 capsule six to eight hours later on an emptystomach, if needed. This is the first fat burner I have tried, and definately the best, the only side effect I have noted is possibly some excess sweating but that is to be expected, just make sure you keep your water intake high. All in all I would give this product a 5/5 as I have lost 4 pounds in the last week alone.

This is probably the best legal,effective thermogenic product available in NZ. I have been on a cut on this for the last 10weeks, and up till now,its effectiveness has not worn off and every dose i take gives me the constant energy,and focus i need for my cardio workouts. Highly reccomend you give it a try, won't be disapointed!
