We are always keen to hear your thoughts, good or bad.

We had feedback from a customer recently who was annoyed about not receiving enough information on the progress of his order. So we set up a new procedure where we send a minimum of three emails to let you know what’s happening.

Since then we have received several happy emails about how well we kept in touch.

So what is the new customer email process?

1st Email – Order confirmation. Order Status is Pending.
This email tells you what was ordered, where it will be delivered to, prices, totals and payment details.

2nd Email – Product confirmation. Order status is Processing.
This email tells you whether the item/s your ordered are in stock and ready to send, or need to be ordered from the Supplier. If possible we tell you that the item is expected to arrive, to the Sportsfuel base.

If there are any delays with the supplier we will re-email and let you know what is happening.

3rd Email – Delivery information. Order Status is Delivered.
This email tells you that your supplement/s have been sent, the name of the courier company and the tracking number.

To check the location of your order use the links in the FAQ section, and enter the tracking number provided.
