What do you focus on when you are training hard and fatigued? Do you just try and go faster and harder? Or do you focus on technique? On moving better…

Joel Jamieson from 8weeksout.com says, stop thinking about conditioning as just a chance to ‘get fitter’ and build endurance, instead use it as “an opportunity to fundamentally improve movement in a fatigued condition through training.”
