How do I pay?
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), GST is included in the prices displayed.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
On the product listing pages, look for the bright green indicator. If this says "In stock Now", then this product is available for you to order.
Products that are out of stock will still be available to view but will have a green indicator saying "Out of Stock" and you will not be able to purchase that item. If you would like to know when this item will be back in stock please email us.

Are my credit card details secure?
Your creditcard details are not saved anywhere on the Sportsfuel site. As you complete your checkout you will be transfered to a secure site to enter your Credit card details. Once complete, you will be transfered back to the Sportsfuel website.
If you save your card details, the full creditcard details are held securely by Westpac and Payment Express(DPS), not by Sportsfuel
You can remove saved cards from your account by going to "My Saved Cards" when logged into your customer account.

How do I know I am getting a great deal?
Sportsfuel prices can be discounted anywhere from 5% to 50% or more.
If you find the same item selling for less somewhere else, email us the details, and we will do our best to match it, or beat it!

Some of your products are a lot cheaper than other stores, why is this?
We are very careful of where we source our products and we only buy from reputable sources, preferring to purchase our products from the Official New Zealand distributor of each brand. This ensures you are receiving genuine products and manufacturers support. We keep our prices low by, buying in large amounts, negotiating a special price, or by taking advantage of supplier specials.

Once you have found the product(s) you require, select the flavour (if required) and click the big green 'Add to Cart' button. You will then be taken to the shopping cart where you can check the items and price. After this just follow the buttons at the bottom right of the page, and you will be lead through the check out process.

What are reward points?
How do I use my reward points?
Add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart as normal. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details and continue to payment method.
Tick the box that says 'Use reward points' to deduct the value of your reward points from the order total. Enter payment method for the remaining balance and continue order as normal.
Please note: If you are using reward points to pay the total balance of the order you will still need to enter a payment method to proceed with the order. Your payment card will not be charged.
How do I apply a discount code?
To apply your discount code, simply add the products you are wanting to purchase to your shopping cart. and then copy and paste your discount code into the "Discount Codes" area in the shopping cart. This will below the items you have ordered, you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see this if viewing on a mobile device. Please note, discount codes will not be valid for use on any products in our "Super Deal" category as these products are already massively discounted. Super Deal products can be viewed here, https://www.sportsfuel.co.nz/daily-deals/superdeals.html
Can I set up a different delivery addresses?
Yes you can. After creating an account you can add additional delivery addresses in the 'My Account' or 'Dashboard' area. Just make sure you select the correct address when confirming your order.

I want 'X' product but I can't see it on your website.
Send us the product details and we will see if it's available. New Zealand has different dietary supplement regulations, so not all products are able to be imported and or sold.

What should I do if something goes wrong with my Order or Product?
Contact us immediately by email or phone.

How do I search for products?
Our drop down Category box (In the Horizontal menu) has an extensive list of products organised in to Categories. The Brands drop down lists all of the Brands we have available.
If you still can't find what you require, the search box is located in the top right hand corner of the home page. Type in the product name, manufacturer, brand etc into the search box and press enter. The search results will be displayed in the main window.

How do I find products by brand?
Use the drop down brands box located on the top menu bar on any page.

Are your products safe, do you sell steroids?
We do not sell steroids. All of our products are over the counter sports and bodybuilding supplements. We are an authorised New Zealand retailer, so we work closely with New Zealand distributors to ensure the products we sell abide by NZ Regulations. Before taking ANY product, always read the complete instructions and follow the directions. If you have any medical concerns check with your doctor prior to taking any supplement.

I don't know which product is right for me?
Read the product information provided, read any reviews provided on the product to find out what other customers thought. Finally send us a email or give us a call and we will do our best to help.

What if there is something wrong with my order or product?
If there is anything you are unhappy about, contact us immediately and prior to opening the product, then we can do our best to help out.
We provide customers with a 7 day right of return (minus shipping costs) provided the product is in 100% original condition. See our Returns Policy here.

Do you send out expired products?
We do not send out expired products. If you are unhappy with the expiry dates on the product you recieve please email us as soon as possible - and before opening the product. From time to time we have sales or specials on short dated or expired products, these sale items will always be clearly marked, if you have any queries or concerns please call us or email before purchasing.
If you require especially long expiry dates please let us know at time of order. Some products tend to have longer or shorter use by dates and we can make recommendations based on this.

How do I return a product?
In all cases email us immediately. Depending on the reason for return we will either replace the product or refund your payment to your customer account.
We provide customers with a 7 day right of return (minus shipping costs) provided the product is in 100% original condition. See our Returns Policy here.
If your goods are damaged in transit please contact the courier company immediately, or contact us and we will contact the courier for you.

How do I activate my Gift Voucher?

1. To redeem your Gift Voucher, you will need to be logged into your Sportsfuel Account.

Click on the Rewards Points link down the left hand side of the page. (The bar should be there as soon as you sign in to your Sportsfuel Account).

Enter your Gift Voucher code, and then click redeem. This will add the balance of your Gift Voucher to your Account as Rewards Points. (The space to enter in your Gift Voucher code is underneath your rewards points history).

Please Note:  You will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher (Rewards Points) Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

- If the balance is $0.01/$0.02, Choose your type of payment as Bank Deposit and we will put that through into processing for you.

Gift vouchers should be spent within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for Cash.
