How do I pay?

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), GST is included in the prices displayed. How do I know if an item is in stock?

On the product listing pages, look for the bright green indicator. If this says "In stock Now", then this product is available for you to order. You can also see when the order will be shipped from our warehouse.

If a product is showing out of stock, please contact us here and we will let you know when it's back in store.

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes! We ensure to provide you with a 100% safe and secure online shopping experience. We use a third party payment processing software which ensures that all of your credit card and other payment information remains encrypted and completely secure. No one at Sportsfuel can access payment information at any time. Saved credit card details are held securely by Westpac or LayBuy. We ensure to use only the safest technology to keep our customers personal information safe.

How do I know I am getting a great deal?

Sportsfuel prices can be discounted anywhere from 5% to 50% or more. If you find the same item selling for less somewhere else, email us the details to help@sportsfuel.co.nz, and we will do our best to beat it and give you the best bang for your buck! Maximise your savings by, purchasing the larger sized products, which cost less per serve or purchase our stacks and get excellent savings on multiple products. Make the most of our promotions and sales - To stay updated with our sales and promotions, we recommend that you follow us on facebook and instagram, and sign up to our newsletter.

Some of your products are a lot cheaper than other stores, why is this?

We keep our prices low by, buying in large amounts, negotiating a special price, or by taking advantage of supplier specials. We are very careful of where we source our products and we only buy from reputable sources, preferring to purchase our products from the Official New Zealand distributor of each brand. This ensures you are receiving genuine products and manufacturers support.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can apply your discount code at checkout on the Right hand side of the page on desktop, or at the top on mobile under *show order summary*

I'm wanting a particular product but I can't see it on your website

Send us the product details and we will see if it's available. New Zealand has different dietary supplement regulations, so not all products are able to be imported and or sold but we'll do our best to get hold of it!

What should I do if something goes wrong with my Order or Product?

How do I search for products?

You can search for a particular product by utilising our search tool at the top right of our website. You can also browse products by hovering your mouse cursor over the links on the top banner of our site and select your product of interest by category.

How do I find products by brand?

Use the drop down brands box located on the top menu bar on any page or use the search tool on the top right of our website to search for your chosen brand.

Are your products safe, do you sell steroids?

We do not sell steroids. All of our products are over the counter sports and bodybuilding supplements. We are an authorised New Zealand retailer, so we work closely with New Zealand distributors to ensure the products we sell abide by NZ Regulations. Before taking ANY product, always read the complete instructions and follow the directions. If you have any medical concerns, check with your doctor prior to taking any supplement.

I don't know which product is right for me?

If you are requiring help with finding the right product for your needs, we recommend visiting us in store for a tailored recommendation from our knowledgable sales staff, or by contacting us here with your requirements and preferences and we'll get back to you with our recommendations to suit your needs.

We recommend that you read the product information provided, and look at any reviews provided on the product to find out what other customers thought.

If you have any medical concerns, we recommend that you consult your doctor about what you can take before making a decision on what to purchase.

What if there is something wrong with my order or product?

If there is anything you are unhappy about or the product(s) sent are not up to standard or as advertised, please contact us immediately here prior to opening the product, and we'll do our best to assist. You may also bring the affected product(s) to us in-store with proof of purchase for assistance.

We provide customers with a 7 day right of return (minus shipping costs if applicable) provided the product is in 100% original condition. See our Returns Policy here.

How do I return a product?

If you need to return a product, please contact us here as soon as possible and we will assist you. Depending on the reason for return we will either replace the product or refund your payment to your customer account. If your goods are damaged in transit please contact the courier company immediately, or contact us and we will contact the courier for you.

How do IΒ use my Gift Voucher?

You can use your gift voucher by entering the code into the discount code box. You can find this on the right hand of your screen at checkout on desktop or on mobile, by selecting the drop down button to show the order summary. If you have any issues with this, please contact us here.

Gift vouchers should be spent within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for Cash.
