Directions for use
Daily recommended serve: Mix 1 scoop (5g) of Daily Greens in a shaker with 350ml-400ml of cold water and shake well. Consume Muscle Nation Natural Daily Greens in the morning, afternoon or at night (each pouch contains 30 serves).
If your vegetable intake is low on any particular day, we recommend increasing your serve of Daily Greens to 2 scoops (10g) and mix with 500ml-600ml of cold water.
