Ingredients

  • 1 serve Switch Nutrition Protein Switch
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • ½ cup water
  • Ice

Method

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into a glass and top with coconut flakes and cacao nibs (optional).
