Finally found something that works!

I had zero expectations with this supplement. I'd seen ads and bought into the hype but it has exceeded my expectations and is now a regular part of my routine. I could eat half a block of chocolate a night and always craved something sweet after dinner. I take 2mg morning and 2mg at night and the cravings have disappeared. I really didn't expect it and I'm shocked. It does not remove the emotional eating aspect but removes the craving which is so wierd for me to not want something sweet after dinner. I think the first day I had it I had a slightly 'funny' tummy as I had read in some reviews but it disappeared within a day and it doesn't not affect my stomach in any way now. I am also perimenopausal and use alongside BHRT. I highly recommend this product.

Did not notice any difference for me but i don't suffer from PCOS. It gave me gas and the runs so have not been able to finish my container

Recommended by a friend, I would hit a wall most days around 2:30/3pm and start reaching for the crackers, cheese, chips and - if it was THAT time - sugary treats.

After 3-4 days I noticed a huge, HUGE improvement.

I’m taking HRT for perimenopause and this is an exceptional supplement to help my energy levels needed to maintain a busy work and home life.

Wow!

I have only been taking this for 3 days and I am blown away, the lack of sugar craving actually astounds me - I am someone who would normally down chocolate and lollies in the afternoon and when I am not eating them I am thinking about them 😂 this product has completely removed any cravings for sugar. This has never happened to me! I’m interested to see what else comes from it after another week or so of taking it but so far I am impressed!
