Directions:
HOW - Add 33g (1 heaped scoop) to 200mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
WHEN - PRE & POST-TRAINING - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.
DAILY - Can be added to water, milk or food as a convenient protein top up in throughout the day and on non-training days. Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.

Amazing
This protein is tasty and I find it mixes very well. Add it often to smoothies or add coffee to it for a different flavour. Since I tried it, I haven't used anything else.

I didn’t think this would taste very good but it’s ok. I wouldn’t choose to have it at a cafe because of flavour, but i am happy to drink it daily. It’s much smoother and v creamier than i thought it would be. So pretty happy with it i am a newbie so don’t really know if it’s contributed to my muscle growth to date or not. But I’m feeling good and looking better every day
