We use a specialized green coffee extract specifically standardized to 45% chlorogenic acids. This key ingredient has been studied and shown in two double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials to support weight loss. Subjects taking this key ingredient for 60 days lost an average of 10.95lbs vs. the placebo group, which lost an average of 5.4lbs. Both groups followed a low-calorie diet. In a separate 8-week study, subjects taking this key ingredient lost 3.7lbs vs the placebo group, which lost 1.25lbs. Both groups followed a calorie-reduced diet and performed moderate exercise.
