I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and as I’m 60 I take just over the 1 scoop daily (closer to two scoops). I haven’t felt any different, certainly haven’t got increased energy and I’m not sleeping any better, in fact I seem to be taking ages to get to sleep. I have found it easy to take, to me it doesn’t taste of anything. I’ll finish what I have and try the nootropics brand and see if that’s any different.
