Beta-Alanine increases muscle carnosine levels. Carnosine is an intramuscular acidity buffer and antioxidant. This increases stamina and endurance by buffering metabolic acid and waste which is made when you exercise. This results in less muscle pain and fatigue and therefore greater muscle performance.
Citrulline Malate increases energy production to give you more power. It also reduces lactic acid and fatigue so you can train for longer with less muscle pain and faster recovery time. These benefits lead to improved stamina and resilience. Citrulline Malate also combines with L-aspartate to create arginine in your body and subsequently nitric oxide which leads to increased vasodilation or muscle pumps.
Beta vulgaris (Beetroot Powder)
Beta vulgaris is a source of nitrates which is used to fuel nitric oxide vasodilation. It improves endurance and increases stamina.
This is adaptogenic which helps the body adapt to physical and mental stress. It improves dexterity, focus and co-ordination. Schisandra Chinensis also corrects respiratory acidosis and improves performance. It synergistically enhances vasodilation when used in conjunction with other vasodilators.
This is a new addition and upgrades to Infrared. It works via the following mechanisms:
Methylation: Efficiently converts and deactivates waste, stress chemicals and neurotransmitters which is important during exercise to aid performance. It is also important during recovery as methylators are essential for DNA methylation to make protein synthesis and recover happen.
Dimethylglycine: Trimethylglycine (TMG) enters the methylation cycle, uses a methyl group to deactivate a toxin or chemical, and then converts to the beneficial Dymethylglycine which aids oxygenation of tissues and supports performance.
Osmolyte: This regulates osmosis - intracellular and intracellular ware movement in the body. Like Creatine, TMG can enter or cells and draw water inside to rehydrate the cell.
