PharmaFreak Ripped Freak Protein 5lb

I have only tried the cookies and cream flavor, tastes good when mixed properly, I just mix it with water. I was also throwing up with other protein powders, this one's great!

I have tried two flavours of this stuff, vanilla and chocolate. When I tried the vanilla I thought I could taste the raspberry stuff a little, which was a little strange at first but kinda nice once I got used to it.

I thought that maybe the raspberry-ish taste would go well with the chocolate flavour a bit better and boy was I right. This stuff tastes at least as good as chocolate milk bought from the shop (I mean the good stuff like Wave) I usually blend this with a couple ice cubes and pour it into a separate bottle to take to work with me (Wave bottles have a nice lid which seals well).

One scoop mixed with about 450-500ml-ish of milk has a nice smooth texture and a real good thickness, not thick like pancake batter but thick enough to be a proper shake. It has a low sugar content, a little bit of added fiber and some other stuff to help melt the fat and also has an uncanny way of stopping hunger. It doesn't exactly fill you up, per se, but once you drink one you find that you just don't really need to eat that pie which was so tempting 5 mins ago. I'm pretty sure this is a winner.

Ripped Freak is great. Fantastic high protein mix with low sugar and fat. Makes muscle recovery easy while building muscle strength after repair. Low fat unlike some other alternatives, helping keep lean building easy. Highly Recommend.

This stuff is great. Easy to mix, flavour is nice (Vanilla). First time you have to get used to it a bit but it's absolutely not unpleasant like some others. Would recommend this for people who want to lose fat while gaining muscle. Will buy this again.
