Founded in 2011 by former elite triathlete Andy Blow, Precision Fuel & Hydration helps athletes personalize their fueling and hydration strategies. After struggling with cramps and sodium imbalances during competition, Blow partnered with heart surgeon Dr. Raj Jutley to develop testing methods that reveal how much sodium and fluid each athlete loses in their sweat.

Using this insight, the brand created a range of electrolyte and fuel products that match individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
