MUSASHI HIGH PROTEIN is a versatile protein supplement to support your active lifestyle and training goals.

Scientifically formulated to be high in protein for muscle recovery*, MUSASHI HIGH PROTEIN contains quality protein sources in a delicious tasting shake. Combining instantised Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate and Milk Protein Solids, each serve delivers 30 grams of quality protein to help reach your training goals.

MUSASHI HIGH PROTEIN can be used as a post-exercise shake to support your recovery or used during the day as a protein top up.

Directions:

HOW - Add 45g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

WHEN-

PRE & POST-TRAINING - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.

SERVINGS - Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.

Vanilla Protein: Musashi High Protein Blend (93%) (Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Skim Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)), Dextrose, Inulin, Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Enzyme (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Chocolate Protein: Musashi High Protein Blend (90%) (Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Skim Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)), Cocoa Powder, Dextrose, Inulin, Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Enzyme (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Really enjoying

I am fussy with protein and really like this. With water, I would like it to be thicker so my go to is to mix it with Anchor protein milk for a thick/ creamy smoothie (150ml milk/ 50g protein)
