Sure I could have followed the instructions and begun by using the 5 drops recommended but I was so desperate I filled the dropper and just went for it. I'd had nearly 4 months of horrendous sinus. Two rounds of antibiotics did nothing. I took about 3 or 4 doses on that first day and again before bed - nothing happened!
Next day, I kept going. God it was foul. Then after about 24 hours - things started to happen. Just incrementally, but after a few more days, I was breathing through my nose!! Two weeks on - and I am still clear. I actually got used to the taste, its just surprising when you first taste it.
I have recommended it and two friends are already taking it.

Excellent at help clear airways and assisting with asthma
I find it helps with chest/throat irritation and opens my airways. I use it multiple times throughout the day so am going through it pretty quickly. It does help me though so I will purchase again. Looking forward to when the price drops!
