Instructions for Baking Bread:
Conventional Oven Method:
1. Preheat your oven.
2. Begin by adding 300 ml of warm water (between 35-38°C) to the yeast and bread mix.
3. Use a dough hook on medium speed to mix the ingredients. For a dense bread, mix for approximately 2-3 minutes. For a lighter, fluffier bread, continue mixing for 5-6 minutes.
4. Transfer the dough into a loaf pan and allow it to rest at a temperature of 25-30°C for about 20 minutes if you desire a denser bread. For a lighter, fluffier texture, let it sit for up to 50 minutes.
5. Bake the dough in the preheated oven at a temperature range of 200-220°C (390-425°F) for 40-45 minutes.
Bread Baking Machine Method:
1. If you're using a bread baking machine, combine 300 ml of water, 1 sachet of yeast (found inside the box), and the bread mix.
2. Select the standard or quick whole grain bread program on your machine.
3. Opt for a 500 g bread weight setting.
4. If your machine is designed for larger loaves, consider multiplying the recipe by 1.5 for optimal results.
