Balance Pre-Workout 450g

It's hard to find a pre-workout without artificial sweeteners. A few grams of sugar are hardly a problem when you're about to immediately burn them.

I am having great workouts with this supplement. I am skeptical of the 196mg caffeine, I don't feel too stimulated (though I like this as I try to moderate my caffeine consumption). I also feel that a full 5g dose of creatine is unnecessary. Regardless, this is my pre workout of choice and feels like one of the "healthier" options.

Every time I stopped after a sprint, my head felt like it going to explode, gave me bad headache. Worst taste ever but I don't worry too much about the taste. Performance does get better. Inside the box the scoop size is of 25ml or gms but on instructions it says 15 gms or one scoop. Very confusing instructions.

This balance pre- workout supplement tastes, well, not bad but not great. But that’s not why I’m taking it. I’ve done about 4 or 5 workouts on it and it seems to help with everything to make you go further with the same or heavier weights (in my case Kettlebells). I’ll be repurchasing it again. :)

This balance pre- workout shake tastes great and get your blood flowing to be ready for intensive workout. I've tried it for a month, and I can train for two hours without getting tired. It can give you headache if you don't follow the instructions, which states that you should take it 20 min prior workout. Otherwise, you will a little bit dizzy.
