BSN Amino X 70 Serve

One of the best aminos. Loved the taste and looked foward to drinking as my intra or post drink. Has good quality blend and heaps of aminos. Took it twice a day as recommended and did wonders for muscle gains ans sleep/recovery. One of my favourites, drink heaps of water and combine with a vitamins, pre clean diet and mass gainer to put on size and strength, or just use with clean diet, vitamins and quality protein shake to look feel and perform your best. I started off trying the smaller size of this supp and liked it so much and got such good results i had to get this larger size. Theres no need for a shaker it dissolves in water very easily with a glass and spoon. Ive only tried blue raz but its delicious and has a slight fizz to it. I take it 2x per day and highly reccomend it.

After a week of daily use I’ve noticed a massive difference in recovery time. I’m in my mid forties so lack of recovery builds up over a week to the point where I am desperate for a rest by the weekend. Protein powder by itself doesn’t do enough for me so this stuff has been a godsend. Tastes good and mixes well too as an added bonus.

I use this for when I am running, both before a run and afterwards. Really helps!

Have taken Amino X before and after heavy squat and deadlift sessions and have noticed a significant increase in strength and recovery. Seems to be this product as it is the only change in my training regime. Very happy with Amino X so far.
