Nutrition Facts

A bodybuilding essential!

BCAA powder contains the perfect ratio of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine) to reduce muscle breakdown caused by intense physical exercise. Add to your protein shake or drink during your workout for maximum results.

Every serving of Eat Me Pure BCAA powder contains the perfect ratio of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine) to reduce muscle breakdown caused by intense physical exercise. There are no additional sweeteners or fillers, just pharmaceutical-grade Branched Chain Amino Acids.

Add one serve – that’s one heaped teaspoon (5g) to your whey protein shake or favourite drink and mix using a shaker or blender.BCAA powder is very fine and will not mix using a spoon and a glass.

Knowing when to add BCAAs to your day can make all the difference to the benefits you experience. We recommend about 5-10 grams of BCAAs per serving and at least four doses per day. These four doses should be taken:

  • First thing in the morning,
  • Within 30 minutes of working out,
  • Within 30 minutes after working out; and
  • With your last meal of the day.

Recommended Use:
Add on a heaped teaspoon (5g) to 200ml of your favourite drink mix for 15 to 20 seconds using glass and spoon or a shaker.

Does not mix

I just neck it. And I have to, because the powder does not mix with water. It seems hydrophobic

Good results

This doesn’t taste nice, but that was expected since it’s not flavoured.
It doesn’t mix well if you don’t follow the instructions, mix once then wait sixty seconds and do it again(like the instructions say to) seems to work fine, or it works out pretty good if you blitz it in a smoothie.
I combine it with protein powder to hide the taste, apart from that I’m getting good results so I’m pretty happy with this stuff, especially for the price…

good value for money

i think this is the only inexpensive, unflavored BCAA powder in the market that goes well with protein shakes.
