    It has a pill taste

    Unflavoured when the taste is strong, However my skin hair and nails have long lasting improvement with clear skin even throughout that time of the month, hair growth and thickness has increased, nail growth and strength has definitely improved from only 1 week of use. I mix it in my morning hot chocolate. I don't take take any other supplements, I haven't changed my eating which isn't good but also isn't terrible food choices so the benefits have been purely from this collagen.

    Really good product if you need to add a little extra protein to your diet.
    Mixes into anything really easily and is virtually tasteless. I put it in my coffee or a smoothie. Have used this for a while and I'm happy with it.
