How do I use the tincture?
Start with a 1mL dosage, once per day in the morning, then increase dosage to 1mL three times daily as required.
Apply the tincture drops under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds to a minute before swallowing.
We recommend using for five days per week and then two days off to avoid your body adapting to the tincture.
