GAT Liquid L-Carnitine is suitable for athletes or indiviudals looking to improve body composition and/or workout performance and endurance.

L-carnitine helps the body burn fat for energy during exercise to preserve muscle glycogen for endurance and strength. L-Carnitine provides support for endurance exercise (aerobic) and during recovery from high intensity workouts such as sprinting and weightlifting (anaerobic).

GAT Liquid L-Carnitine is enhance with a high potency dosee of Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) to support greater absorption. Once Pantothenic Acid is converted into Coenzyme A in the body, it works directly with Carnitine to metabolise fat, providing synergistic support.

Directions: Take three (3) teaspoons (15mL in dose cup) with a meal, two times a day. Do not take on an empty stomach. May be mixed with water or juice. Shake well before each use.
