Finished using and found then very good. .y nails weren't chipping so often and were much stronger. My skin hasn't broken out the whole time. Hair is still thin but what can we expect, it's genetic. Except only noticed now how fast it grew. Feels like I just got my hair cut and it's long now. Body hairs growing super fast is the only down side. Groan

I have diffuse thinning of my hair from taking lithium and from ageing.
