How & When to Use

Ultra Electrolytes are intentionally designed for super sweaty sessions and higher salt demands.

To Start Replenished:

  • Day before a race: Sip one sachet in 500–750mL of water.
  • 45–90 minutes prior to race start or intense exercise: Sip one sachet in 500mL of water.

To Stay Replenished:

  • During or after intense exercise (heavy/salty sweaters).
  • During or after sauna sessions.
  • While active or working in hot climates.
  • After endurance races to replace lost salts.

Directions for Use
