Musashi Muscle Recovery Protein Shake

Been grabbing these for a while in the gym vending machine and decided to buy my own box since I drink them often (probably 2-3x a week after my workout). I usually hate the taste of protein but this tastes amazing, I am quite obssessed. Sportsfuel also offer them at such an affordable price. This muscle recovery RTD is a you beaut in chocolate. It tastes better than the standard Musashi protein shake in chocolate and has the added benefit of BCAA, so no need for added supplements. Basically a 2 in 1 which tastes great. Nice thick consistency and 375ml is the perfect post lifting amount. Atkins competitor is about the same price but only 330ml. If you lift heavy weights go with this 1
