Nothing Naughty Calcium Caseinate

Super high protein concentration. Slower for body to digest, so keeps me full for longer. Makes shake nice and thick. Absolutely love to mix this with my standard flavoured whey isolate. No lumps for me. Highly recommend. (I use it as pard of my OMAD to hit protein goals as well!

When mixing, mix to a paste like you would for cornflower by using less liquid. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes as a paste. Casein thickens slightly as it hydrates. You can use this stage like yoghurt or cream. Then mix, adding liquid slowly. You will find it becomes very creamy and nice tasting.

Very bland so add blueberries etc. Great value for pure protein and great for slow release after workouts before bed.
