It makes me patero all day long. Like the most meke as farts you could imagine. Serves it's purpose though, keeping the body regular and I suppose if you don't care much for anyone around you - good for crop dusting - assert your dominance! Tastes pretty nice too. Goes good mixed into my coffee.

Ease into it

I went hard to begin with and having read some of the reviews, realise I should have gone easy. A full scoop in the morning has physically wrecked me and those in close proximity to me. Start small and build up. Going hard made my gut symptoms 10x worse, and I have to dial it back and see if I can get good results. A bit disappointed that I am still suffering, but I guess this is a marathon, not a sprint, to better gut health. If it starts improving my gut health, I will return and increase my rating.

Love this stuff!! On my 4th jar and will keep ordering. I no longer feel bloated and I have the best most greatest poops ever. Do start off with the half scoop though and build up 🙂

Works really well at keeping me regular - I mix it with my coffee in the morning. Need to have lots of water during the day for it to really work.
