Haven't noticed any improvements yet. I got the unflavored & have it in my coffee each morning, cant taste it which is great.
The one thing that isn't great is the glass Jar. While it's a great idea, the latch is so small I can barely get my fingers under it to open and end up using a knife in fear that I'm going to rip my nails off. The glass/plastic lid is also made poorly and if I'm not super careful when closing the lid, bits chip off it and either fall into the powder or at my face.
Wasn’t sure I’d really like the feijoa flavour but I love it. It says 2 scoops per 250mls water. I have mine to 800mls (my drink bottle) & it’s just perfect.
I’m into my third week. Haven’t noticed any changes externally but felt it from the first drink. More energy & don’t get the afternoon slump I usually get. Can’t imagine ever stopping taking this. As for skin, nails & hair, hopefully see some improvement in the next few months. Btw I’m 58.
This is delicious. And adds well to hot drinks to give them a lovely vanilla flavour. Will buy again.
