Amazing for low histamine diet!

This protein has been a game changer to up my protein on a low histamine diet for MCAS!

Flavourless & mixes well. Very fine so only slightly gritty (as with any plant protein) but you hardly notice it.

Mixes well with water or juice or Elemental 028. I like to use blackcurrant juice to add some flavour or make a smoothie with frozen berries.

Also great in recipes - love making a simple curry sauce with this protein, some turmeric and milk over veggies & rice.

Not great flavour, but good if you have food intolerances

The flavour isn't great - so it's best in baked and cooked foods where other flavours will take over. I'm on a special diet and this is the only protein powder I can have - so great to have the option even if the flavour isn't great.
