    Hey guys, Tried many pre-workout and this one does not disappoint. Mixed well, it has a strong pepper taste and smell so dont sniff it or take a big breath with the glass to yoùr mouth. If you do you'll see what i mean. As a pre workout taste is good, if you get past the strong pepper taste. It starts with the sensation of tingly skin and leads into a smooth strong energy kick and it lasts!!!! Its not an edgey or agressive kick and it starts within 20 minutes. I will be buying it again.

    The flavour is odd at first, a strong taste of pepper, and some spiciness... The ingredients list cayenne pepper, so that'll be it. It's a creeping sensation, but strong, and lasts for quite a long time. I like it, and would buy it again.
