PranaOn Phyto Shred

I found this product way overly sweet but did kind of get used to it after like 3 days...it does help with energy but unfortunately I ended up haveming a really bad stomach ache for 3 days after using it for like a week or so .So I have stopped using it for now and will try again in a week or so to see if it was definitely this product

Got this PranaOn at a good price - taste nice.

I have only used this a couple of times so yet to really feel any benefits of this product, reason being that I am using up another PranaOn product first. However I can say that the taste is fantastic and really easy to mix.

I found it gave me heaps of energy without any side effects or shakes. It's super easy to mix and the flavor was really nice. I used it with a Keto diet and lost more than 3kg in a week.
