Love these gels! Used throughout marathon training and for long runs/races. They taste so good, arent too thick/sticky, and I always notice a big boost to how I feel and perform after having one. Favourite flavours are the mango, lemon-lime, peach, and orange!
Good variety in the pack, easy to transport and even survived a sneaky steal off the bench from my dog - he couldn't burst it open, which was fantastic! They do the job of fueling on the run (literally) well.
