SIS GO Energy Isotonic Sports Drink – Fast-Acting Carbohydrates & Electrolytes for Performance

SIS GO Energy Isotonic Sports Drink is an orange-flavoured, ready-to-drink solution designed to support energy, hydration, and performance before and during exercise. With fast-acting carbohydrates, key electrolytes, and an isotonic formulation for rapid absorption, it provides convenient, no-fuss fuelling for endurance and team sport athletes.

Key Features

  • 60 g of fast-acting carbohydrates per bottle
Helps maintain carbohydrate availability to support training intensity, performance, and stamina during exercise.
  • 350 mg sodium + B vitamins
Replaces key electrolytes lost through sweat and contributes to the reduction of fatigue during and after high-intensity exercise.
  • Isotonic formulation
Allows rapid absorption of water and electrolytes for efficient hydration and energy delivery.
  • Highly convenient format
Ready to drink straight from the bottle, offering a practical fuelling solution before, during, or after exercise.
  • Supports pre-, during-, and post-exercise needs
Can be used to promote glycogen storage pre-session, maintain performance during exercise, and support recovery afterward.
  • Suitable for endurance and team sports
Helps sustain physical output, technical skill, and pacing for sessions up to two hours.

How It Works – Rapid Energy and Hydration Support

SIS GO Energy Isotonic Sports Drink delivers twice the carbohydrate content of traditional sports drinks, providing 60 g per bottle to help sustain carbohydrate availability and delay fatigue. Its isotonic profile supports quick fluid and electrolyte uptake, while B vitamins contribute to reducing tiredness and promoting normal muscle function during demanding training. Together, these components support glycogen storage pre-session, maintain steady energy during exercise, and aid post-exercise replenishment.

Directions for Use

  • During exercise: Consume up to 1 bottle per hour.
Drink one-third of a bottle every 20 minutes to deliver 3 x 20 g carbohydrate doses per hour.
  • Team sports: Consume pre-match, at half-time, and during natural breaks in play.
  • Can also be used before and after exercise to support glycogen storage and recovery.
  • For optimal fuelling during exercise, consume up to 1 bottle per hour of exercise, with a strategy of one-third of a bottle every 20 minutes to deliver 3 x 20g carbohydrate per hour. Shake well before use.
  • Shake well before use.

Suitable For

  • Endurance athletes
  • Team sport athletes
  • Those needing convenient carbohydrate and electrolyte intake
  • Warm-weather training and high-sweat environments
