Sixstar Creatine Gummies

Great stuff

I usually love creatine gummies but honestly these ones just sit in my house and don't get eaten. They don't taste good at all, even the texture isn't right.

Super yummy and so much easier than powder form!

Nutritional information says 1g of creatine per serving, which is 3 gummies. This means that to get 5g of creatine you’d need to take 15 gummies. It’s possible it means 1g per gummy but either way wouldn’t recommend.

These are still a little grainy, strawberry flavour is ok, although the gummy itself is very dense. Also, FYI these only have 1g of creatine per serve (3 gummies), so you need to eat 5 servings to get your 5g. (Which would also be 40g of sugar). Otherwise they are great.
