The provided scoop has an awkwardly short handle for how deep the container is.

One of the four that I ordered hadn’t been filled properly. When I brought this to their attention, their customer service was excellent, including sending me an extra one to replace it.

For my taste and health concerns, 1/4 of the amount of sweetener (and ideally a different type) would suffice. I’d say that this amount of sugar is only safe to consume if you exercise immediately after consumption, which I acknowledge is how a lot of people will use it.

NZ’s ban on sugar-free electrolytes is a joke, but it is not this companies fault. Lots of people need electrolytes at non-exercise moments of the day for nerve, brain, and muscle function, but need to avoid the sugar which harms nerve, brain, and muscle function. Sugar-free electrolytes are still absorbed slightly slower, and can be used in combination with healthy carbs instead of sugar.

If I could give this 6 stars, I would. This stuff mixes extremely well and if you mix it with 750ml of water, it tastes fkn amazing. Wouldn't recommend drinking it randomly "just coz" as it has Dextrose, which is a 2nd place title holder in the Glycemic Index leaderboard. (It's one of the fastest releasing carbs you can get, really good for long gym sessions etc though)
