Switch Nutrition Essentials Quercetin

Not a good start. Opened jar and no idea scoop buried in the jar. Powder went everywhere on my clothes and now yellow stains on clothes. Second it wont mix in my glass. The powder stays on top and wont mix in. I have no idea on quality or benefits because it wont mix. What am I doing wrong?
