Switch Nutrition Sleep+ Mouth Tape

I hadn't slept properly in years and developed a thing where I'd wake myself up the moment I rolled on my back or made a snore noise. Literally every five minutes I was waking up and it was driving me insane. I was struggling with brain fog, fatigue, weight gain, the whole thing. I had tried using medical tape as I'd seen it on a Joe Rogan podcast, but had limited success as one nostril kept blocking up. I'd pull it off feeling like I couldn't breathe.

The good thing about this tape is it's stretchy so you can part your mouth a little and it's semi-permeable so you don't feel like you're going to suffocate. Ultimately it trains you to breathe through your nose. I find that during the day my breathing is better, through my nose, I feel calm/ less anxious, my body no longer feels under as much strain. Obviously it helps that I can actually sleep through the night most nights now.

I dont think its the answer for people with major sleep apnea, you guys need to seek medical help; however, I do recommend the switch mouth tape to most of my clients and many of them have had great success with it very quickly. The research is all negative, but the reality is, the negatives that are raised are silly. if you can't breathe, remove the tape, you're not going to die. Again I'm only recommending it to people with mild sleep apnea or snorers, not people who stop breathing completely. Also it will probably completely confuse any potential home invaders into thinking they are too late and someone is already on the job lol
