As this serving size is quite large, we recommend splitting the serving size in half e.g. 2 scoops post workout and 1 & ½ scoops either in the morning or before bed.

Depending on your mass gaining requirements, it is also viable to take only a smaller dose of only 2 scoops post workout, which would mean you'll get 45 servings per 15lb bag or 28 servings per 5.5lb bag.
