Never again!

Horrible crap quite frankly....It doesn't mix with water, it takes like crap & you end up drinking lumps & throwing out most of it. Waste of money!

Good S***

Buy the vanilla flavoured one. Don't worry about making a shake by mixing with water. I froths up and you will get frustrated. Here it is: Mix i it with low fat natural yoghurt and have it as a snack in between meals.

Good way to increase protein

This is a good product if you want to increase protein in baking or your shakers. Its only egg so you know what you are getting.
It does smell funny and froths up a bit in shakers but that pretty normal for any egg product.
All in all, i will be buying again.

Good way to swap protein sources up

Great protein source for me as to long on the milk based products seems to upset my stomach....
Been using for this a while now and have seen good results.
the product is what it is (100% egg white) so expect that.
I will get back with a shake recipe I have been doing.

Pretty worth it

Cheaper on here than buying straight from the people that make it!

Smell can be a bit off putting but works great in cooking, wouldn't drink it straight though.

Bottom line, need more protein and don't want to add whole eggs to everything, use this it works... and is cheap as.
